About the job

I am seeking a babysitter for my 10-year-old son for the summer. June 9th to July 25th. I am not certain of the total hours for the week, but I am currently considering Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. My son is non-verbal; he knows some sign language, but primarily communicates his needs through pointing and gestures. My son has an intellectual disability with a diagnosis of a partial chromosome deletion. He wears a diaper. However, I can take care of changing him before going to work, and I am 12 minutes from home. He mostly stays entertained on his tablet and plays with trains. If you are interested, I always start with a phone call to answer any questions and set expectations. Additionally, I always start with a paid hour introduction to meet my son.
