Care Needed For 1yr Old In Carlsbad (Part Time Schedule, Long Term Need)

Looking for long term care in our home in North Carlsbad for my 16m old son. 20-25 hours per week. Schedule: 7 a.m. -12 p.m. (he goes down for a 2 hr nap at noon) Days: 4 days per week, flexible with the day off. Ideal Candidate: Looking for someone consistent who we can rely on as we both have busy jobs during the week. Engaging with our son, helping him learn new words, reading to him, going on walks, etc. Looking for someone who genuinely enjoys being around kids and can form a great, nurturing bond with him, and foster a playful, safe environment. We have a dog, so must be dog friendly. *We are open to starting a nanny share with a family that comes 2 days out of the week, but have not found the family yet.
