Part-Time Nanny Location: Beverly Hills Flats Compensation: $50-$55/hour DOE A loving family in Beverly Hills is seeking a proactive, athletic, and engaging part-time Nanny to support two active children after school-a 9-year-old boy and a 6-year-old girl. Schedule: Approximately 15 hours per week under the regular schedule, but family is open to additional hours for a candidate with the appropriate background. Monday-Friday afternoons (primarily 3-6 PM) Flexibility to work additional hours during school holidays and summer breaks, when Dad would like to spend more structured time with the children Key Responsibilities: Plan and lead active outdoor play, including biking, soccer, climbing, and tennis (there is a tennis court on-site) Develop and propose weekend and holiday itineraries featuring clubs, activities, and social events that engage sporty, outgoing children Provide homework support when needed Facilitate after-school transitions between mom and dad's homes (nanny car is provided to transport the kids) Stay familiar with local activities, camps, classes, and sports programs in Beverly Hills and surrounding areas Foster a fun, safe, and structured environment with an emphasis on physical activity, social development, and positive sibling interaction Ideal Candidate: Has a sporty background and enjoys outdoor activities (tennis, skiing, biking, soccer, etc.) Knowledgeable about child-friendly events, activities, and athletic programs in Beverly Hills Proactive, organized, and resourceful in planning outings and experiences Patient, enthusiastic, and nurturing with a positive, can-do attitude Comfortable supporting two active elementary-aged children with varying needs Professional, discreet, and flexible, especially during school breaks and holidays We will consider qualified candidates with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of the Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring.
