Full-time Nanny & Family Assistant, Proactive & Engaging Web Job #: 10643 Salary: $40.00-$45.00 Job Date: 9/1/2025 Location: Tiburon, California. Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., totaling 47 hours per week. Children: 7 years, 4 years, 1 year old twins. (Primary care for twins) Duties: The position of Nanny and Family Assistant involves a combination of childcare and household support. The candidate will work closely with the family and coordinate as needed with the family's Au Pair, who begins work in the afternoons. Childcare responsibilities include supporting the children's daily routines, managing their laundry, and organizing their rooms and clothing. The candidate will primarily care for the twins and assist the Au Pair in the afternoons with the older children. Additional responsibilities include driving the children as needed, running household errands, and engaging the twins in age-appropriate and creative activities. Household duties include grocery shopping, meal planning, and cooking dinner for the family three nights per week. The role also involves ordering household supplies and food items for delivery, as well as occasionally shopping online for baby-related products for the parents to review. Requirements: The ideal Candidate for this position is someone who brings a high level of professionalism to their work. They are expected to demonstrate reliability, discretion, and the ability to manage responsibilities with minimal supervision. The family is seeking someone who maintains a calm, low-drama approach and consistently focuses on completing tasks effectively and efficiently. Excellent and strong communication skills are essential, as the role involves regular interaction with both parents. The candidate should be able to express themselves clearly, listen actively, and respond appropriately in a variety of situations. This position also requires a candidate who is tech-savvy and comfortable using various digital tools for scheduling, communication, and online shopping.
