We are seeking a nurturing, engaging, and experienced nanny/educator to care for and support the development of our curious and joyful 2-year-old. The ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood development, brings creativity and warmth to their interactions, and is both filled in and excited to support educational milestones through purposeful play and structured learning. Responsibilities: * Create and lead age-appropriate educational activities * Promote cognitive, language, emotional, and motor skill development * Support routines including meals, naptime, and transitions * Engage in indoor and outdoor play, reading, music, and storytelling * Track and encourage progress toward developmental milestones * Provide a warm, attentive, and safe environment.
