About the job

No specific care required. Their ideal day looks like waking up, eating breakfast, coloring or doing an activity inside, outside play if weather permits (chalk, scooter), nap for my 2-year-old, watching TV with limited screen time, assistance with teaching curriculum for toddler, my 3. 5-year-old (mostly through activity (numbers, letters) and creative play (paint, sensory bins). They love having genuine interaction and conversations, telling and hearing stories, reading books, and pretend play. They are very smart and love learning new things. My 3. 5-year-old will ask many questions, and often want to involve you in the tasks she does. My 2-year-old is more independent but also still loves connection and being held and cared for.
