First time parents looking for an experienced nanny for our first child. The ideal candidate has multiple years of experience working with infants/families, is a parent themselves, has infant specific knowledge/training/skills, and knows how to navigate and support first time parent anxieties without dismissing our worries/needs! We have been through a LOT in these first 5 months (tough birth, lost our house in a wildfire, have moved 5 times) and are looking for steady, nurturing, reliable help to care for our daughter while we work to put our lives back together.
