My name is Michelle, and I'm currently looking for a reliable, experienced caregiver to help with my 15-month-old daughter. She's sweet, curious, and full of personality, definitely keeps me on my toes in the best way! What I'm looking for is someone who's open to a long term, but flexible setup. I need someone part time but available on call. Some weeks I might need a lot of help (I do often have appointments or errands) but other weeks might be quiet, ideally I'd love to build a relationship with someone who can step in when needed and who she can get comfortable with over time.
