Two hrs outdoor play daily, prep simple snacks/meals, administer evening inhaler plus vitamin, and give a quick verbal recap, no paperwork. In our twin community pools, stay in the same water within arm's reach, with the child wearing a life jacket. Strict no-phone rule. Requirements: current Pediatric CPR/First Aid and reliable car with clean record. Pay and perks: $21 per hour weekdays, $23 per hour when he's home sick, 50 cent per mile via MileIQ, $50 weekly activity fund, $1/hr raise after six months; paid orientation and trial day, monthly coffee-chat check-ins.
