We are a warm, professional family seeking a reliable and nurturing part-time nanny (18-24 hours/week) to care for our 2-yo daughter during my wife's maternity leave (Aug-Nov 2025). There is potential to transition into a full-time role afterward. We're also open to adding occasional date nights on weekends. Primary responsibilities include following a consistent daily routine, preparing snacks and meals, assisting with diaper changes, facilitating nap time (1-2:30 pm), and light tidying up. Mom works from home and is expecting our second child in August, while Dad commutes to Phoenix for work. We have one elderly cat, no pet care is needed.
