I work full-time, Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 2 PM, with rotating weekends. I'll need care coverage during those hours on weekdays, and possibly some weekends depending on my work schedule. My twin boys are full of energy, very curious, and love interactive play. They thrive on structure and do best with a consistent routine that includes meals, playtime, learning activities, and naps.
