Busy downtown Fayetteville family looking for a warm, reliable after school nanny to help care for our children (four kids, 3, 6, 12, 15) and support a smooth end-of-day routine. Primary care responsibility is for two youngest children, with occasional activity pick up/drop off for teens. Responsibilities include school pick up, light tidying (kid shoes and backpacks away, loading/unloading dishwasher, organize toys), homework help, overseeing kid chore completion, and preparing a simple family dinner. Hours: 4 p.m. - 7 p.m. Monday - Friday. (Guaranteed 15 hours per week, our kids travel some but we'll guarantee paid hours even in those off weeks). Ideal candidate would also be flexible to occasional additional hours (some longer nights for parent work events or occasional overnight stay for parent work travel).
