Who You Are: - Experienced with both toddlers and babies (bonus points if you speak fluent dinosaur) - Not afraid of diaper blowouts, glitter, or existential questions from a 4-year-old - Calm, patient, playful, and responsible (yes, all at once) - Someone who sees a mess and thinks: Lets turn this into a teachable moment. - Likes playing pretend, chasing bubbles, and managing snack negotiations with a preschool politician - Bottles, naps, baby giggles, and a rotating cast of soothing lullabies - Light tidying and basic meals.
