About the job
I will only need a nanny during the 3 days that I work when I go back to work in November after having the baby. I work 12hr shifts, so the nanny needs to stay until my husband gets home from work, between 3:30-4:30. Mostly around 3:30ish. I work either MTW or WThF each week, so it varies.
