About the job

I need help with transportation to a surgical procedure in Glendale, WI with transportation after surgery to a hotel in Menomonee Falls. Both the caregiver and I will stay in a hotel overnight. My assistant would take me to the post op appointment in Menomonee Falls Oct 1 morning and bring me back to my home in Racine county. I would obviously pay for the gasoline costs in addition to the hourly wage. My ideal assistant has own transportation, a non-smoker and comfortable with pets (when dropping me off at home on October 1st).
