About the job

We are a very busy family of four needing assistance to prepare healthy dinners, Monday through Friday, keep our house tidy, complete laundry, and provide general family assistance. Responsibilities (more detailed position description is available) 1. Daily, perform routine cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and polishing surfaces. (complementing our bi-weekly deep cleaning team) 2. Complete laundry, including occasional ironing. 3. Nightly, plan, and prepare healthy, delicious meals for family dinners for four people. Manage grocery shopping and make sure the necessary ingredients and supplies are available. 4. Run errands and assist in planning events, vacations, etc. The Family Assistant may occasionally transport children to after-school activities. We reimburse mileage and offer holiday pay.
