5 STARS IS NOT ENOUGH! Our experience with Tammy has been nothing short of exceptional. From the first day, Tammy's genuine passion for nurturing children and fostering a safe, stimulating environment was evident. Tammy effortlessly established a strong connection to our 1.5yo and easily adapted to her unique personality and need. Tammy's ability to intuitively understand her emotions and engage them in enriching activities speaks volumes about her innate talent for childcare. Whether it's imaginative tales during storytime or encouraging creative expression through arts and crafts, Tammy's interactions are always infused with warmth and encouragement. Beyond meeting our child's basic needs, Tammy actively seeks out opportunities for growth and learning through educational games, teaching, music, etc. Punctuality is second nature to Tammy, and she shows up each day with a commitment to the well-being of our child - emotionally and intellectually. Tammy is also an excellent communicator. She keeps us informed about our child's daily activities (with a pre-determine schedule for the month and a daily account of everything that went on), milestones, and any concerns that may arise, fostering open and transparent communication. Tammy was willing to collaborate and adapt to our family's routine and environment seamlessly. At this point, I would consider Tammy to be an essential member our of family, especially our daughter's life, and I am so saddened to have lost Tammy due to our family moving to another state. In short, Tammy embodies the epitome of what every parent dreams of in a nanny, and we wholeheartedly recommend her to any family seeking exceptional childcare.
