Megan worked with my son from 11-18 months as part of a nanny share. This is a period of a lot of change for little ones! When she started with my son, he was not yet walking, had only a few words, and was still getting the hang of eating solids. I thought Megan did a great job with these areas of developmental change and skill acquisition. She was especially good with teaching safety going up/down stairs and encouraging both baby sign and verbal output. She took my son on walks, to the park, and in the backyard almost every day. She was great about getting on the floor with the boys and reading books, playing with toys, and singing songs. Megan was always on time and communicated well with both sets of parents.
