As parents, finding a babysitter / nanny who you trust implicitly is akin to discovering a rare gem. Our family has been fortunate enough to find such a gem in Lisa. Lisa currently nannies full-time for us M-F, and from the moment she stepped into our home, her warmth, professionalism, and positive energy put us at ease. Lisa exhibits a remarkable level of understanding towards child development, proactiveness, and self-motivation. Each day, she engages our toddler with an agenda of creative activities including storytime, gymnastics, and games, which fosters our toddler son's intellectual, physical, and social development. (I often hear them giggling together in the next room as I work remotely.) Punctual and organized, she arrives prepared and maintains open communication throughout her time with our family. (As new parents, I appreciate learning helpful tips and tricks from her wealth of experience.) Beyond Lisa’s caregiving abilities, she embodies integrity and trustworthiness. Lisa not only respects household rules, but also goes above and beyond to help out around the house. In conclusion, Lisa is more than just a babysitter / nanny; she is an invaluable member of our extended family.
