Diane was a full-time nanny and household manager for my three children...11 year old twins and a 9 year old. She has worked for me for over two years. One of my twin boys has autism and she is great with kids with special needs as well as gifted children. As a pediatrician I am incredibly particular of who I would want to care for my children. She is warm, patient, fun, energetic, structured, nurturing, kind-hearted, punctual, organized, independent thinker, and overall a gift to any family. Diane has a wealth of experience and you will not find anyone else who can compare to her abilities. She helps with homework, takes kids to activities, does special projects, talks to teachers, disciplines with love to help the kids learn to be responsible, respectful, and independent, keeps the house in perfect order, shops, does errands,etc. There isn't anything she can't do! My kids were well cared for and loved and she helps to make my life easier. She anticipates what needs to get done without being asked. If I could take her with me when I move I would in a heartbeat. She will always be close to my family and children. Any family would be blessed to have her as their nanny. There are no words to express how truly gifted she is as a caregiver. I have had over five nannies in the past and she was the best there is. May God bless another family with her gifts and may she continue to bring as much love, peace, joy, and comfort to another family as she did to me and my three children.
