About

The goal of the Rise Early Learning Center is to holistically support the developmental needs of all children from families of all backgrounds to promote long-term social, emotional, and academic developmental success. We help children and familiesthrive in a community of promise. Rise Early is NAEYC accredited. The Rise Early Learning Center is an innovative and transformative high-quality childcare environment, co-located within the Rise on 7 affordable housing development in St. Louis Park, MN. A 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, Rise Early was made possible by the vision of the Westwood Lutheran Church community, in partnership with CommonBond Communities in realizing an affordable housing community that included an early childhood education (ECE) center. The reality of a high-quality ECE program in an affordable housing center aligned with the mission of Way to Grow. The combination of affordable housing, visionary early childhood programming, and the wrap-around family support services provides the resources needed to maintain stable housing, enable individual family members to thrive personally (financially, socially, and emotionally).
