Horrible Dishonest &Unprofessional. When we started with this company Marlen and Diana stated that they had a HHA available for the 7 days a week which we needed and it was NOT SO, they LIED REPEATEDLY MANY WEEKENDS stating that Saturday's and Sunday's they would have a HHA coming to our home to attend to my mother and many many week ends they let us down nobody came. I pointed it out many times to Marlen the president of Physical 4 U and she stated not to worry that she would take care of it many times promising that someone would come the following Saturday and Sunday and no one ever did. I again pointed out to Marlen and out of Anger and SPITE and WITHOUT NOTICE on a Friday Marlen told the HHA that we had not to even bother continue going to our home and my mother was left without service and my wife and I attended my mother. Thank God we found a Professional Responsible Caring company that Respects and Cares for the elderly .
