Miami Show Academy s Musical Theatre summer camp gives students a fully rounded foundation in musical theater technique.
This comprehensive program benefits from its city setting, attracting an artist-teacher faculty and giving students the kind of real-world experience that only a diverse city can provide. All students participate both on stage and behind the scenes, in master classes and fully produced shows.
The program includes voice/speech/diction in group settings, dance (covering ballet, tap, jazz, and other movement styles), and acting (including acting for the camera and audition techniques). Each student is directly involved in one production per term. The culmination of the program includes a showcase which will be attended by an invited guest list of theater professionals (fees applicable).
