Management is very strict and they are unfair in their administering of varies costs for varied things. Office staff does not assist residents if they need copies of things and does not send faxes for residents. As a subsidized housing for seniors these things should be made available to residents. This is suppose to be an independent living facility but my mother, and many other residents, feel it is not independent due to management restrictions on what residents can do in "their" apartment. If you don't have to deal with current management then it's a good place to be.
