This review is directed to the director and office staff at Kiddie Academy of Arlington Heights:

Hi Ms. Preeti or anyone at Kiddie Academy that can help us,

I have called your office at Arlington Heights multiple times (at least 10+ times) to get our account closed and the balance refunded.

I am always told by someone who picks up the phone at your office that the Accounting Department is looking into it and that I will receive a callback shortly, but I have not received a single call back since the 9+ months that I have been trying to reach you.

After not receiving a call back or a response by email even once after multiple attempts to reach out to you, I have decided to write to you on Facebook in the hope that this message might reach you.

I am honestly frustrated with the lack of response from your office. I shouldn't think that an account closing process would be so difficult and drawn out.

I running out of options on how to get this resolved. It is unfortunate that after being a family at Kiddie Academy for so long, we are being completely ignored when asking for our account balance to be refunded.

I have had a great experience at the Kiddie Academy in Arlington Heights. My daughter is in the infant room. She loves the teachers, who always treat the kids with love and care. I love that she is getting social interaction and that they work on other developmental skills with the infants. Everyone at the center has been warm and helpful. They are still incorporating Covid protocols which have made me feel a lot safer about sending my daughter to daycare.

I had high hopes about kiddie academy but I was extremly disappointed with the care that was provided to my toddler also to other kids. Since we've started my son's items were missing most were found except one shirt. I also found other kids' shirts in his little cubby often times. Stuff getting lost was not concerning to me and I didn't even care if they found his missing items. But with time since these incidents were happining everyday I started to question whether the teachers were paying any attention to kids or what was going on in the classroom. Aside from this I noticed my son had a red spot near his eye almost looking like it was bruced, I didn't receieve an accident report let alone none of the teachers knew what happened. After this incident I kept getting accident reports. I acknowledge that kids fall or get into accidents and I was not mainly worried about that, I was concerned because thinking of my son getting hurt and nobody caring about him or comforting him. The reason I started to think and believe that is also based upon my observations. When I went to drop off or pick up my son I noticed kids would fall or cry for some reason and nobody would pick them up. Kids would look at at me while crying almost asking/begging me to pick them up to give them the comfort they need. As a mom seeing a child like this is a terrible feeling. My son was new to kindercare facility; therefore, we needed little more attention until he got used to it. I would ask his teacher to hold him so I could leave because he wouldn't want to let me go. His teacher mostly would come after I called her name. This told me that the kids are not staffs priority even though that should be the most important thing. One other time I dropped him off again and went to management's office to mention my concerns while I was watching my son from the camera. He was making a crying sound and going after his teacher and she was just walking around cleaning tables instead of picking him up to comfort him first. Manager started to notice my worry and went to the classroom to hold my son to comfort him. Another terrible scene for a mother to see that you are leaving your kids to strangers who doesn't care about kids at all. Our last day when I went to pick him up his teacher didn't greet or talked to me. His last diaper change was so messey because he still had poop between his legs. Also his water bottle was so discusting as I think the water has been sitting in the container probably for couple of weeks as the color was almost greenish. Most of the time I noticed and also warned management about hygine of the kids since their face was always so dirty (I could see food particules, mucus running into their mouth) all they said was sorry and they will fix it. Next day samething happened again. I definitely will not recommend this place to anyone I know.

First would like to tell that i am not a kind of person who generally likes to write reviews,
probably pretty lazy about it.But Kiddie Academy has given so much care and love to my 2 year old toddler that i
have to speak out and tell everyone how good you guys are.Being a working Mom i understand the importance of
good caring hands for the kids thats why i am writing this so that all Moms can utilize from my good experience.

To start with, my son used to go to a day care since he was 9 months old and till 18 months.
In that particular day care as he was growing he was showing some different behaviour like throwing toys,
food, pushing kids and pulling hair.We were very tensed about this.We were getting many complaints
We thought of changing his day care and let him join Kiddie Academy of Arlington Heights
(it was recommended to me by one of my colleagues). With in 1 week of joining we started seeing the difference in
his behaviour and he his habits improving.

Hats off to the excellent leadership of Ms Preeti, Ms Tammy and their Team.

With their love and affection my son has improved a lot.Few things that i specifically liked:
1. They pay attention to each kids needs and don't do their routine stuffs just for the sake of doing.
They try to find the solution to kid's issues.
2. I liked their food quantity and variety of food they serve.
I noticed this thing as i had bad experince with previous day care where they will not server enough food to the kids
and they will be cranky later point of time.
3. Third point which i liked is, even if kids to mischievous things
they do not punish them with timeouts etc they try to divert kid's extra energy and attention.

We've been truly impressed with the nurturing, educational and spirited environment the Kiddie Academy team has provided and we know our 15-month-old son loves spending time there. The teachers really go above and beyond to make sure each child is learning and having fun at the same time. The daily reports are a joy to get and we know exactly what he did throughout the day, what activities he enjoyed, what foods he ate, when he napped and when he was changed. The pictures and the videos we get during the day always make us smile and rest easy knowing he is in good hands and having a blast!
