This company has been the worst I have ever Dealt with, I recommend that Dealt wit no one go with this company, no phone calls when you want or need something, workers always taking off . And they talk about in their flyer how responsible they are don't believe it I'm not pleased with this company at all.. please do your homework before you trust your love ones with these people.

I have dealt with 3 agencies for mom my and Home Helpers is by far the WORST agency so far. It took months to find a dependable aide but it turns out her schedule is overlapping with another case. What is that? The odds of them finding someone to fill in are close to zero. I don't find out if a coverage aide is needed until the regular aide's shift is about to start then they can't find anyone to cover. Sometimes another aide just shows up with no courtesy call to let me know one is being sent, even though the office has known for 2 days prior. There is only one person working in the office/running the agency and every week I'm dealing with this. From what the aides tell me, the owners have no plans to hire more help at the office either and that I am not the only client that is having this trouble. I have requested Veteran's Care Coordination caseworker to refer mom to another agency but they refuse because "they don't like to keep switching agencies". There is so much more I could write but since I have no aide coming today, I have to go. NEVER USE THIS AGENCY!!!
