We are a full service Medicare certified and ACHC accredited Home Health Care Agency. We offer Private Duty Care and Home Health Care in the comfort of your home. Our services are used by those suffering with debilitating disease and/ or chronic illness and those recovering at home upon discharge from a hospital or skilled nursing facility.

Our Private Duty services include:

Companion Care: For those who need limited but additional assistance in the home.

Personal Care: CNA's orHHA's to perform personal care services for you or a loved one who needs more &quot;hands on care.&quot; <br/> <br/> Accident and Surgery Care: Care within the first 24hours after surgery. <br/> <br/> 24 Hour Care: This provides the security of knowing that your loved one is not alone. We are there to ensure safety by assisting both day and night. <br/> <br/> Alzheimer's and Dementia Care: Every level of Alzheimer's is different. We look after the patients safety, well being and mental health. <br/><br/>Home Health Care is provided for homebound patients in need of &quot;skilled care.&quot; Skilled Care is provided by specially trained clinicians including nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists or other professionals who visit the patients home. Visits typically occur one to three times a week over a 60 day period and are typically covered by Medicare 100%.
