No stars My mom was there and all she did was go backwards because they failed to talk to relatives of where she was or review records They burnt her leaving her in stool to long Directors show no empathy If you make a complaint make to write it yourself because they will reword what you said They also say they hold you room for 24 hours but they had my moms stuff packed and out of the room prior to 12 hrs
