I'm not sure what Jane D is so dissatisfied with. The company has actually been in business for over 37 years and it's reputation with the state is excellent and always has been. Jane if you read this I would be more than happy to talk with you. I started the company in 1981 and although I know we are not perfect we are always trying to become better. My door has always been open for anyone to express their feelings. I'm not sure if you attempted to speak with me or not.

Great company has done a wonderful job at supporting our brother. Staff are very caring and most staff have been there along time.
