I offer an alternative to large day care center care, and am licensed to work with a group of six students, age 2 mo. to kindergarten age for activities each school year. I have been in the child care field for over 40 years both as a pre-school and kindergarten teacher, day care center administrator, and home day care provider.
The curriculum consists of math, science, reading, art, handwriting ( fine motor ) and outdoor ( gross motor ) activities. Our focus is on a letter or theme for the week, and less structured activities during breaks and summer vacation.
I offer full-time programs with hours that meet most working parents needs. The primary focus is to provide an individualized program that meets your child's social, emotional, intellectual and physical needs in a small, loving and nurturing home environment.
Located in Castle Pines North, I drop off / pick up children who may also be enrolled in the public school kindergarten program at Buffalo Ridge Elementary School. I have been open in my home location for 20 years and can provide references upon request.
