Started out good with the first care provider. Sent the permanent one out and she will not do anything if it is not on the list. Little things are not done with out constant reminding such as taking out the garbage (all the receptacles). Things that should be picked up are left for weeks at a time. If she doesn't want to do it she will justify that it is not on the list. Often leaves early and states there is nothing to do.

The personal care providers provided by this agency have all been so wonderful. They are caring, reliable and have given me the means to live at home. The office staff is very professional and have been more than helpful with all of my needs. Very happy with my experience at this agency!
