I don't usually leave comment online for company, but I think it was important to say thank you to the staff at Avenue Supportive Care in public. They went beyond and above to care for my 82 years old father during this pandemic. We were stock in another state (where we live) however we had peace of mind because of the outstanding care that my father received from Avenue Supportive. We did NOT ask, but they used their own devices to do video calls so my dad and us can see and interact with each other. They treated him like their own father. The caregivers and the office staff were very supportive. My family and I appreciated everything they have done. We will stick with them as long as my dad needs homecare.

We have been using Avenue Supportive for about 2 years now to care for my mother. We have never encountered ANY problems with their caregivers nor the staff. They are very quick to fix any concerns or comments, we may bring to them. My mom has become very difficult to take care due to her health issues and their caregivers are always patient with her. I will stick to them, will not change for no reason..

Horrible experience working for this agency. I do not recommend them to any family who truly values the care for their love ones and i say this as a previous employee. THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY FORM OF BUSINESS ETIQUETTE, COMPASSION, AND THEIR COMMUNICATION IS SLIM TO NON COMPARED TO A 4 YEAR OLD.
