Three years and still not fully staffed. Office staff talk and laugh about clients behind their back. Very dishonest about pay scales. No respect for nurses from office staff. Nurses incentives that have been earned are not paid out. Company has declined in quality over the last five years reaching an all time low over the past year. After 16 years the rudeness of office staff is resulting in our looking for a different company. Five more clients out the door due to the sneaky, backstabbing behavior of another case manager. And incompetence of scheduling and payroll. I'm tired of seeing my nurses targeted when they do everything possible to help clients. Accurate has turned into a money hungry, poorly run disaster.
