Amazing staff! Highly recommend.

Great school for the development my daughter since starting last year. She has been more open with her emotions and has more structure at home with a routine by going to this school.

The staff is helpful ,non-judgmental, supportive, and communicate often, specifically with technology. You are able to check in on your child progress and receive up-to-date vidoes and photos.

I recommend anyone looking for an great program for their little ones to choose this one.
My grandson started going to this daycare since he was 10 months old, when he was 18 months old my daughter had my granddaughter and at 6 weeks old she also was going to the daycare. Taking my grandchildren to this daycare was the best choice we ever made. Everyone there is amazing with the children, they are treated as family. Six years after my granddaughter was born my daughter had another baby which also began daycare at 6 weeks. The two older children are now 10 1/2 and 9 years old and are still part of the family, they went from daycare to VPK to their Elementary Charter School. My youngest granddaughter is now three years old and is still at the daycare and the older children are at the after school care. Walking into this daycare was a GOD sent to my family. Mercy is an Angel sent from GOD. My daughter, grandchildren and myself feel very blessed to have met Mercy and all the caring people that have been a part of her staff through the years. We want to thank Mercy and everyone that is part of the family for all the love, caring and support not only to the children but also to us!

Our 2 and a half year old daughter has been attending the school for 7 months. We are very happy with the teachers and they treat her like family. She loves her teachers and we were immediately notified when there was a disciplinary issue with another child and that the master had been addressed with the parents. We have not had any other issues since. We highly recommend the school to other parents.

Family! These woman in this daycare treated my son like family. Ms. Beatriz watched my son since he was 3months old. Sonia always treated him like her grandson. Ms. Michelle taught my son so much. I followed these teachers from another school, because they were so good with him. I will recommend this school to everyone i meet. Great, caring and loving. You always want your kids to be treated like family. And this is the place... Thanks Ladies!!

I am very alarmed to hear such negative reviews, as a parent and someone who works in the school system I could see both sides. However, I have nothing but great things to say about the school. Everyone treats one another with respect and our children like family. I am constantly recommending the daycare to all my new mommy friends! You won't regret it, and I promise you will feel safe with your kids there!

This is the best preschool anyone can send their children to. My 3 year old son has been attending for 2 years now and I just put my infant daughter a few months ago. The teachers are amazing and show so much love and attention to both my children. The baby room has the best teacher, Ms. Beatriz...she treats the babies as if they were her own! My 3 year old has learned so much...letters, numbers and all the fun arts and craft activities and much more. I love the new app that they use too, MyKidzDay. It is free for me and I get daily reports on both my kids on what they ate, what they learned and if they need anything. And to point out that their prices are not bad compared to other preschools in the area. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this school and anyone would be blessed to have their child attend. I would say not to pay too much attention to some of the negative comments that were posted....from the description I believe that the 1 child that was expelled was the child that was tormenting my child and others in his class with the parents doing absolutely nothing about it.
I Don't recommend this day care at all. My grandson attended this care for a few months and I have witnessed some irregularities. To begin with, there were many kids in his class, (27 kids) and just one teacher and one assistant. So it is very difficult for them to assist every child's needs. There is also a lack of communication between the day care staff and the parents. For example, every Monday we sent diapers and wipes, and then at the very next day they informed us that we need to provide wipes ...really? So where did my grandson's stuff go?... To make things worse, in March, they just decided to change the kids from classrooms according to their ages. My grandson who was 2 years and a half was transferred to the next class with bigger kids, that situation of course is a disadvantage for him because he doesn't talk clearly yet and he was not potty trained at that time... And we were not notified of this change until the day we dropped him at the day care. This change was obviously made for the day care's business's interest and not the kids. Also, the extra outfit of clothes that we were told to leave at the school in case that my grandson had any (situation) was lost with the excuse that maybe another parent took it by mistake!!! Really? I can understand maybe once but it happened to us 3 times. Not to mention, last year's Christmas party was a complete disrespectful and dangerous event for the kids. The establishments were really crowded, no air conditioning and parents who were waiting in line for 2 hours to see their child's performance had to leave because there was no more room... Even people that paid $2 to watch the activity just abandoned the day care because it was impossible to breathe... That was a joke.... The only good thing about this day care is Ms. Delsa, who was the teacher for the 2 year old's class, my grandson loves her so much, she was the only reason we had him at the school. She is a complete professional and a very kind person... Please find your kids a better day care...
My son was there for almost 4 months. The last 2 months, we were not notified that another child there was bullying him. Our son also started to become fearful and said other kids were afraid of this bully as well. When I addressed this with the facility, The manager who works there told us, 'oh, the teachers noticed that your child was being pushed, but didn't think that it was serious enough to talk to you about it'. We had prepaid for the month of January and had to pull him out 2 weeks early due to the school's negligence. I spoke to the director and the owner, Kimberly, regarding this and she basically just said that since we signed a contract, we cannot get a refund for those 2 weeks. She did not even apologize for what happened. Also, when I or my husband would go to pick our son up, we would see the kids playing and the teacher on her cell phone chatting and texting. I would think twice before enrolling your child in this facility.
This day care lacks professionalism when dealing with discipline issues. For example: 1. On a late Friday evening, I was informed by my wife that she was told by management to not have my 2 year old son return due to disciplinary issues and several parent complaints. There poor excuse was that they attempted to contact me twice in a week to address the disciplinary issues and received no response from me. During the same week both of us took turns in picking up my son after school and were not notified by any staff member of any discrepancies in his behavior. The week seemed normal. 2. At 7pm when I'm usually still at work, with poor phone reception, and after the facts, I reviewed my phone and noticed the missed call from the day care addressing their concern about my son's behavior. Unfortunately, I missed the initial call but in their right mind I would assumed they at least would attempt to contact my wife instead. The message left on the voice mail was clearly about contacting them to discuss his behavior and the tone did not sound alarming at all. Why wasn't my wife contacted immediately if this was so alarming? Why give up so easily? Why ONLY contact ME all of a sudden? 3. The funny thing is that since my son's enrollment I'd never received any notifications from the daycare in regards to anything. My wife was listed as the primary contact and was always the first one to receive all calls from the daycare ( sick, fever, cying, etc). 4. My son is "Spirited and combative when provoked," I guess one could say he is hyper, because he is always moving around. He doesn't sit still at home. But he is very smart and loving. He does have a disadvantage because he does not speak clearly vs. the older kids in his group that do. We have witnessed the inevitable visible scuffs, scratches, and bite marks that he has endured in this daycare. I'm positive that the language barrier limits his defense when he's provoked and he's probably just defending himself from the older kids. 5. The communication and partnership between parents and teachers is extremely poor. I'm shocked at their failure to adhere to their disciplinary policy. As I look back into their discipline policy which clearly states that when a child has continuous behavior problems; the staff will arrange a conference with the child's parents. The policy addresses the discussion of the problem/s and supposes to work together towards a positive solution. a. Conference never arranged. b. No follow up/notification of child's progress c. No effort to help the child modify his/her behavior Conclusion: It seems like the teacher/staff prefers all the little girls in her class who sit quietly and do art projects. The group of boys she has she would rather not deal with, at all. She sends the ones who misbehave to the other class to be dealt with, and singles them out. I strongly believe this daycare" is running on a low cost budget designed to maximize revenue. They hire sometimes minimally qualified individuals who are there "until something better comes along" and too frequently lose the best teachers due to the ridiculously low wages they pay despite increasing tuition's. As a result, they want children who are CONFORMIST; who do not challenge them to provide a more stimulating environment. The worst experience was the sudden expulsion on a Friday. No heads up and cowardly giving us all a time constraint hardship in finding a daycare elsewhere. We wont forget.

My 4 year old is currently in VPK and has know her teacher since she was about 4 months old. Great school and teachers that really cares very much for the kids. My daughter talks very highly about all her teachers and she loves telling me about her day at school and what she learned. My daughter loves going to Abc's Learning...Highly recommend!
I have my 2yr old and 6month old that go. They love it and yes both! The baby sees her teachers and she all giggles and smiles. My 2yr is learning so much with shapes/color/numbers and ofcourse ABC's.

This is not only a daycare but part of my children's extended family. They spend most of their time here and I'm glad it's with teachers who love and care for them.

I love this preschool. My 3 daughters attend the school. The 2 smallest were at home with me. When they started I thought it was going to be a hard on them. The first day they didn't even cry!! The school helped with potty training and got them off their pacifier. Now one of them is in VPK - her teacher is great. The oldest goes for After Care and they help her homework. She loved the summer camp program and met made new friends. My youngest is a handful so she requires a lot of patience and the teachers are great with her. The teachers & staff are friendly. My girls love it there!!
