I have gone into people's homes for years helping wherever needed. My heart breaks when I see elderly people left alone or needing to go to a nursing home because they cannot cook, clean, laundry, meal preparing or other chores done around the house. Some people are stuck in bed for the majority of the day. I was on bed rest 5 times with my pregnancies and I understand the little things that are needed to be done and I know where to help out without being told. I also understand how difficult it is to depend on someone else, so I am very respectful to allow independence when able. I love a great game of cards and don't mind running errands. My grandparents were my favorite people in the world and I treat my clients as family. I am willing to communicate with extended family and write in a notebook about any issues or concerns that may arise. I believe that is important for everyone involved with home management. (I also work with new moms and babies.
