About Zachary

I am a professional in the senior care industry, currently serving as an Administrator at a reputable Memory Care Provider. I am always, first and foremost, a caregiver. I became passionate about senior care when I began caring for my grandfather who lived with my family. I'd describe my personality as witty, thoughtful, and focused. I like caring for seniors because it is in my DNA. I've never done any other work. I feel called to make an impact on the way we care for seniors. I'm looking for a job that chooses to overlook my being overqualified. I'm not in it for the money I have a desire to spend time with the elderly in a meaningful way and my current gig is very administrative and I cannot pick up care giving hours there. I started caring for seniors when I was 16 as CNA. One thing you should know about me is I am loyal and consider integrity an important attribute. My skills include assisting with ADLs, meaningful engagement/activities planning, passing medications.
