While I do not have formal training, I have taken care of family members who needed special care. My younger cousin had Mitochondrial Disease and needed help, eating, bathing, using the bathroom, moving around, getting into her wheelchair, etc. My grandfather was also the same way. Though he was to the point he couldn't make it to the bathroom. In fact he could barely move at all. I was one of the main caretakers for both of them.
