About Valerie

Hello, my name is Valerie. Having raised my only son as a single mom, I became adept at household responsibilities and I would like to lighten your load. I have spent my career in healthcare, as a dental hygienist, so helping and being with people is second nature to me. I am college educated/degreed and am CPR certified. I am here to assist with cooking, running errands, doctor visits, grocery shopping, companionship, helping to get in daily movement/activity, daily home tasks etc. Over the past few years, I have helped with patients with dementia, cooked meals for those with illnesses, driven seniors to doctor's appointments and bought their groceries, assisted with packing and provided companionship. I am comfortable with dogs, ALLERY to cats and perfume/scented plug-ins/drier sheets
