About Tracy

I'd describe my personality as patient, kind and playful I like tutoring because I find it very rewarding. I enjoy helping students learn new information and achieve their goals. I never really tutored. I have worked in the public school systems for about 12 years. I worked mostly as an inclusion teacher or an ABA. I've mostly worked with children with disabilities. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family. I love doing arts and crafts and projects around the house. I do some charity work and volunteer helping with fundraisers. One thing you should know about me is I am very patient. I first like to get to know the child and find out what their likes and dislikes are. This helps me teach them in a way they will understand. I don't want a child to always be frustrated in learning and give up. I want them to feel like they succeeded, no matter how small the goal is they achieved. My skills include patience, adaptability and communication.
