I am real easy going, people say I bring peace with me, lol not sure what that means. I have also been described as patient. I just want to help them do what they can no longer do for themselves. My husband was German and his father even more so. Therefore, I have developed a tough hide and don't get offended very easy. I do like to bring joy into a household to uplift my clients. My experience since I moved here was Home care and then Hospice for a gentlemen. The one who I provide respite care who left the review. Currently getting some hours driving a client to appointments. Before the move. I must say the patients with Alzheimer's have a special place in my heart because I like to learn how things were in the past. I let them take the reins for the most part. I worked in the dementia unit in a nursing home for three years. Then I did in- home care for two years. I also did hospice care for my father-in-law.
