Thalia asks many questions to make sure she is the right fit. She is very serious about a position and also clear about how long she could commit. She only worked for us for a few weeks, but was great with our toddler since the get go. She tried to establish a friendship and engage our kid and was received well by our child who is often not so trusting in the beginning. She was good at following our instructions and trying to get our toddler to transition from activity to activity. She was great at trying to be firm about hygiene while a bit flexible with transitions. Was willing to cook although it was not often needed. Was very polite with our family and a warm person overall. We are glad she was able to help us until we found a permanent nanny. Would definitely welcome her back at any time.
