I am writing this for our nanny- Magali who worked with us almost an year and helped us raise our daughter since she was 10 months old. Magali showed exceptional child care talents and exceptional work ethic which was an asset for our family. Example, not a single day she had a no show or late at work. She always came 5 minutes early and always brought in a happy vibe. Throughout the time Magali has worked for us, and recognized herself as dedicated and dependable individual. One of Magali's greatest strength is her ability to be flexible and yet to maintain the discipline. Magali knows childcare and housekeeping work extremely well. She is also a very critical thinker and exceptionally creative. She started when my daughter was delayed on speech and with Magali's help, my daughter started saying 2 words in a babbling sentence by almost 20 months. She works with kids per their milestone and finds creative ways to help child nourish their needs to grow and develop. Magali also helped me as a postpartum mom with coping on little things around household. She had brilliant ideas to help me setup place for my daughter and also help me recover better. She was not only a nanny to my daughter but also a friend to me. Magali always behaves and reacts professionally even in adverse situations. We had times when our daughter was sick and we needed help since we couldn't take off at our work and she took that responsibility without hesitation. She is super dependable. Magali is a gifted nanny and a person. She is loving, kind, warm and energetic. She is able to work in family environment with integrity and professionalism. We treasure Magali and deeply value her. contribution to our family. We are saddened to loose Magali as a full time nanny given change in our living conditions. Magali is irreplaceable!
