Hi ! My name is Tammy. I've been in the childcare field for 30 years. For 19 years I operated a daycare out of my home. Ages ranging from 3 wks-13 yrs old. I am presently working for a family with one child. He will be attending preschool. Previously to my current position, I was with a family with 3 children ages 5, 3, and 1. Prior to this, I was with a family with 2 children for 7 years. All of which had pets. I am an animal lover as well. I have two grown children of my own, 30 and 31. I consider myself nurturing, professional, loving, fun, trustworthy, reliable and have a great work ethic. I am very energetic and like to be active. We hired Terese "Tammy" about a year and a half ago when our son was 4 months old. Tammy is excellent with our son. She helped him develop from an infant to a toddler. She also took care of us, she is an amazing cook and helped us with dinners during the weeknights, helped me organize the clothes my son was quickly outgrowing and managed the baby laundry. There is a much larger list of things Tammy did, but I would rather talk about the quality of person she is. There is no one like her. Tammy was beyond helpful, but it is her personality and attitude that we fell in love with. She is proactive, caring, organized, punctual and above all, Tammy is kind. At this point, Tammy is a full fledged member of our family. In September, we will be sending our son to preschool I am heartbroken that we won't be working with her. My wish is that she will end up with a nice family that values and appreciates her. I'm happy to talk to anyone who is interested in hiring her.
