I have around 23 years of experience in childcare which includes 9 years of being a nanny, along with 10 years experience working with children in Traditional and Montessori classrooms , a site coordinator for a before and after school program and experience being a camp counselor so I have experience with all ages of children. My passion though is engaging with infants and I like to incorporate ASL (American Sign Language) to better communicate with your little one as they are growing. I am CPR and First Aid certified . I also have age appropriate activities that I do to enhance your child's creativity and fine motor skills. I can't speak highly enough about Mindy - she has been our nanny for the past 3 years and we are so sad to see her go. She watched our first from 3 months to 2 y/o and now our second who is going into pre-school. She is incredible with kids and our boys light up when she walks into the room. She is truly so gifted when it comes to caring for them, she is patient and kind - just an amazing person. We are so lucky we found her and you will feel the same way if you are fortunate enough to hire her!
