Taylor is a gem in every way. She is punctual and reliable, and has great communication skills. Taylor is an extremely gifted caregiver. She was with our son full time from just under 4 months to 7 months, and worked with him to develop and master various milestones. We don't think our son would be as far along as he is without Taylor's hard work. She partnered with us to continue the schedules and goals we established for him. He is a pretty happy little guy and we credit much of that to his time spent with Taylor. We would re-hire Taylor in a heartbeat. Any family who is lucky enough to hire her will have hit the nanny lotto.
