About Shance

I have 12+ years of experience as a private nanny, working primarily with busy, executive households. I cared for four children from infancy through school age, and I still visit and sit for them during school breaks and travel. Most recently, I spent a year with a family of two children -- the same nanny duties, with significantly more housekeeping responsibility. Daily duties include getting kids ready, bathing, dressing, hygiene, toilet training, meal prep, crafts, homework and outdoor play, plus school transport and outings. Quality care, love, and compassion are a must. I also handle light housekeeping -- kids' items, messes, organizing rooms and laundry. Learning time matters to me. I make it fun so children want to keep going.
