Relevant Experience Provide personal care and assistance of daily activities for multiple patient. Check and record patient's vitals Meal preparation and monitoring of mealtime dinning; physical and mental condition, attitude, interaction and appetite. Serve and feed patients, record intake and deliver and retrieve food tray Assist patients with showers/ bed baths personal and oral hygiene. Reposition of patients, assist ambulating and transfer patients in wheelchairs. Assist with giving medications. Ensures that patient adheres to the care plan, diet and exercise programs. Provide homecare and perform light housekeeping and laundry.
