Hi, my name is Tara. I am 28 years old. I have been babysitting since I was about 15 for family and friends. I was a nanny for about a year and a half for 2 different families. I now work at a local elementary school(Lanai Road Elementary) as a special education assistant, taking care of children ages 4-11. I have been working for the district going on 9 years now and have learned a lot including the importance and responsibilities of children's safety. I am on summer vacation and looking to babysit this whole summer. I have always loved being around kids and am a great aunt to my beautiful 8-year-old niece and 2-month-old nephew:) I'm loving, friendly, and very adventurous to have fun with the kids ! Hired Tara after background check and exceptional references from her employers. Tara has assisted me with organizing, separating and photographing items. We have them cataloged them in separate googled photo albums according to separate boxes according to the same numbers to keep things concise. Tara is very computer savvy and taught me how to use google photos in an easier way than I have been making my life easier. Tara is a very warm, pleasant, easy going person to work with when we are working together. I have been able to go off and do other things while Tara complete the tasks without much instruction from me. She is giving her input and I am listening to her advice. Tara is a self-starter, who is reliable, diligent, trustworthy, and truly cares about the job that she does. I truly appreciate Tara's assistance very much and will be working with her.
