Liliana was absolutely a great candidate ! Unfortunately, due to the distance we decided to go a different direction because of my uncertain schedule. Lilian answered messages quickly and was willing to drive and meet us in person. She's a sweet person and we could tell she is caring. She was readily available for a phone call interview and meeting in person. She was on time and we never had a doubt for her to take care of our son.
