I'm Sylvanna, a UCLA spring 2022 graduate (B. A. Business Economics, minors in Spanish and French) with 6 years of experience tutoring students from ages 5-18 and 50+. I started tutoring students struggling in various Spanish courses -- I felt comfortable with since Spanish was my first language -- and I quickly came to love being a tutor, and forming strong connections with different families and students. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to teaching, and approach each student with a friendly, patient, and energetic demeanor that works for them. I can help in Test Prep (SAT verbal, language subject tests, ACT, various AP exams), Languages (English, Spanish, French), Math (elementary + middle school, Algebra I and II, Pre-Calculus, Calculus), Economics, Grammar, and Writing.
